TERM & COMMITMENT

Q: Why is the term 24 months? Can I exit early if things change?

A: The 24-month term exists because this is a full licensing system, not a short course. Safeguards included:

 12-month performance review checkpoint

 Hardship exit option with documentation

 Pro-rated buyout option if you need to exit early

 Mutual termination clause with reasonable notice

 BRANDING & MARKETING

Q: I’m concerned that “Powered by the Profit Machine AI Suite” might not fit my branding. Can I use alternatives?

A: Yes. You can choose from multiple approved labels:

 Powered by AI Profit Machine

 Certified AI Profit Machine Partner

 Powered by The AI Machine Suite

Q: What counts as “inconsistent branding”?

A: Inconsistent branding includes:

 Using outdated or modified logos

 Misrepresenting affiliation

 Claiming features not included

 Altering materials in a way that confuses clients

 CONFIDENTIALITY

Q: How is the confidentiality breach and the $30,000 liquidated damages determined?

A: A breach requires proof, written notice, and a cure period. Only intentional or reckless sharing of proprietary materials triggers damages.

 NON-COMPETE & NON-SOLICITATION

Q: Does the agreement prevent me from running other consulting or AI services?

A: No. You can still run AI consulting, automations, business advisory, and niche services. Restrictions only apply to repackaging, copying, or reselling the AI Profit Machine system, brand, or templates and trying to sell to current or past AI Profit Machine clients

 TERMINATION & DISPUTES

Q: What happens if there’s a dispute or someone believes a breach occurred?

A: The process is:

1. Written notice

2. 10–15 day cure period

3. Resolution call

4. Only then is termination considered

 CLIENT OWNERSHIP & DATA

Q: Do I lose my clients if I ever leave the program?

A: No. You always own your clients. If you leave:

 You keep your client data

 You can transition clients to any platform

 You lose access to system tools, templates, dashboards

 You receive a 30–60 day transition window

 FULFILLMENT & SERVICES

Q: Are fulfillment partner rates negotiable?

A: Rates are set per custom project. Custom work will be quoted separately. Any 'collective' apps will be included in the platform fee.  Any monthlies tied to a collective app will be a separate fee.

Q: What if I need custom-built assets? Do I own them?

A: Core system 'collective' IP stays with the program. For custom-built assets, options include: ownership, joint ownership, unlimited-use license, or a buyout.

Q: What happens with prepaid or active projects if the agreement ends?

A: Anything already paid for is completed. No refunds on completed or in-progress work. All funded deliverables are honored.

Q: Is there a fair exit option if my business experiences hardship or if I’m unsatisfied?

A: Yes. Options include:
